Jack Nitz Auctions is a fourth-generation, family-owned auction company based in Fremont, Nebraska, proudly serving Nebraska and Iowa since 1962.

Founded by Jack and Delores Nitz, our company was built on a simple principle: do business with honesty, integrity, and hard work. More than sixty years later, those values continue to guide every auction we conduct and every client we serve.

Today, the company is led by Jay Nitz and his daughter Courtney Buman, continuing the family legacy into its third and fourth generations. In 2025, Courtney’s son Travis Buman graduated from auction school, making Jack Nitz Auctions a true fourth-generation auction company. Auctioneering isn’t just our profession — it’s our family’s life work.
